We have found the key to insanity by backing the SHATTER movie Kickstarter!
Shatter is a film driven by pure passion….but passion can only take us so far. Making a feature film production on a comical “pocket-change” budget – is about equivalent to jumping over 5 cars with a pogo-stick. What held it all together was an amazing cast, crew and a broom-handle with some duct tape. Luckily, everyone shared ambition to get the shots right and tell the best story – and in the end, this project came together to create a unique, genre-bending film…well almost.
Now, Shatter is in the final stages of post-production and although the quality of the film is solid, we need some technical help with a few scenes and a final master of the audio. This final processing will ensure that Shatter meets the latest streaming video and broadcast standards. Not only that, but we also need a little help getting the film into festivals and in front of distributors. We want to do it right, so that everyone can enjoy the film in the way it was meant to be played. However, there is an extra cost associated with mastering and promoting a film.
Now we’re looking to our fans to help raise a small amount of finishing funds needed to make the final cut. We’re not asking for your money, but if you know someone who might like to support this kind of thing, please pass it around.
