Little Black Things (2010)
In an industrial wasteland of the near future from the past, Marcus and Lynette live in a small, run-down apartment. Today, Lynette decided she’s ready to leave Marcus and move out, only to come down with a strange illness that same night. Now, she wants Marcus to take care of her. Soon after, strange worms begin appearing from little black marks on her body and Marcus’ mental state begins to rapidly deteriorate. It’s only a matter of time before the worms begin finding their way around the apartment and also around Marcus. Is it some kind of invasion or is Marcus just sick too?
Venture into the darkest subconscious regions of surrealist film-making in this bizarre story. Inspired by David Lynch (if you don’t know him, you won’t get this film!), this is one cryptic journey into a world you’d never want to wake up in.
